Britains Got Talent with Paul Potts
I’ve just got home from Toastmasters and I’m on a high after doing my first talk. Addrenallllin!!!!!

And although I want to write about Coffee Club 3 from last night, Toastmasters tonight, the eSquared sponsored LX Seth who hit Number 1 on channel O this week, and the launch of TrafficSynergy’s amazing new AdRands….

It has to wait, as Henk has just introduced me to “Britain’s Got Talent” - it’s a pop idol spin off, with Simon Cowell and a couple other people - but I’ve just watched a clip on YouTube (Henk - you can take all the traffic, as you introduced me to it - go here on Henk’s site to watch the You Tube clip) for the 3rd time as I LOVE the expression on Cowell’s face as Paul Potts, a cellphone salesman at Carphone Warehouse does some AMAZING OPERA!!!

And check out more on Britain’s Got Talent at Wikipedia (where else???)

Now Henk - STOP sending me links to more talent from Britain’s Got Talent or I’ll get NOTHING ELSE done tonight!!!!

UPDATE: So much for Work! Not happening tonight. Now been watching one of the other finalists - Connie Talbot - She’s SIX YEARS OLD - 6!!!! This is talent at it’s best! It’s wonderful to watch! I’m now onto my 3rd viewing after watching the Paul Potts clip about 10 times!

From Wikipedia:

Connie Talbot is a six year old singer from Streetly, Walsall, England. She started singing aged 18 months.

She reached the grand final of television reality show Britain’s Got Talent, singing The Wizard of Oz’s Somewhere Over The Rainbow during both the audition and final stages. “I will win Britain’s Got Talent in memory of my Nan”, she vowed.

Connie was joint favourite (along with Paul Potts) to emerge as the winner of Britain’s Got Talent.[citation needed] Potts won as the result of a call-in vote on the night of the final.

Show judge Piers Morgan called her: “pound for pound, inch for inch, the best 6-year-old singer in the world.” Simon Cowell told her: “I just adore you.” Show judge Amanda Holden was brought to tears.

Simon Cowell was so impressed that he has preliminarily agreed to her up to a seven-figure deal with his own record label, Sony BMG.[1]

If the following YouTube video doesn’t appear below, watch Connie Talbot here. She’s been singing since she was TWO. She’s now SIX! And was a finalist in Britains Got Talent. I’m blown away by the talent!
