Oceans 13 kept me entertained the whole night. I would vote Oceans 13 one of the most entertaining movies I’ve EVER seen, but Ilana thought it was the best of the 3 Oceans Movies, but not incredible.

Perhaps it’s because I was more enthralled by the scams they were using that she was! I wonder if Vegas and other crooks take notes when watching movies like Oceans 13.

What I want to know is…

about halfway through Oceans 13, one of the characters made a joke about what sounded like “1973 Cabernet”, and ONLY one guy in the cinema laughed - but he laughed HARD, like it was the funniest thing he had heard in ages. I’ve googled a couple combinations relating to Oceans 13 and wine etc, and other than bittorrent, I can’t find anything related to Oceans 13 and wine. (not sure why bit torrent comes up so many times for these searches!!)

I’m really intrigued to find out what was so funny about that particular part of the movie???

Just before we went into the movie, I got stopped outside Vida eCaffe (for the umteenth time - this is starting to feel like celebrity status!!) by a girl who said “Are you who I think you are?” I kept a straight face and told her I didn’t have a clue what she was on about. But she persisted, and I think Ilana finally said something like “Yes, it’s him!!!!!”.

I’m actually starting to get used to total strangers stopping to ask!

I’m having such fun with it, that i’m launching a website to have more fun - idols4.co.za is launching next week. (I actually sent Gareth Cliff a facebook message about it a few weeks back, but he hasn’t got back to me - I thought it would be even more fun if MNET got involved with the website. Oh Well!!)
