Time is the biggest factor, but convince me why I should get involved in your business, and some of my time is yours! I don’t get involved in business’s full time, but am happy to spend a few hours a week on a specific project.
2. FUNDING - Most business’s require funding & I have access to funding, both through the Start-up fund I manage, and through a large network of investors who rely on me to find them new exciting Investment opportunity’s.

We are a small manufacturing company looking for funding to grow and expand to the next level of both production and distribution. We have been in the recycling/waste reduction industry for over 20 years and have remained a small family owned company. We are now looking to the future with the new federal regulations along with the EPA/DEQ mandates to reduce products entering the landfill we feel our company is on the brink of this expansion. The company began with just one product, and now has diversified into a complete line of recycling equipment with 6 pieces of equipment and several more in the R&D phase. The industry we are in consist a small group of manufacturers that produce our kind of equipment. This leaves room for great potential growth and expansion for our company.
However, the current markets have left us under capitalized to prepare for the growth needed to meet the future demands. We are looking for an investor with the same enthusiasm and excitement for taking a company to the next level, increasing market share, developing new equipment from a solid understanding of the industry, becoming part of the “green” movement, and working through the next generation of waste reduction and recycling.
Even with the current economic hardships, our industry holds great potential because of the need to find alternative fuel sources, i.e. bio-fuels. Over the next decade and beyond this is going to be the focus of most counties, states and countries to become less dependant on fossil fuels and find ways to recycle different biomass products for energy. We would like to be a part of that exploration. However, with most things it takes money…want to take the challenge with us?

We are not a startup company but have been building prototypes for various companies in the past decade.
